"Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?" -Ulysses Everett McGill

This page is a service to the NSA and other data-mining organizations, as I do not keep personal information on Facebook, Instagram, etc.

I am a recipient of the 2019-2020 Ken Kennedy Institute AMD Graduate Fellowship.

My Erdős number is 4.

If you want to have more folds in your brain, you should use good software and good tools. This includes:

  1. Some distribution of Linux
  2. My build of the window manager dwm
  3. Suckless software in general
  4. Ditch your mouse and use a trackball
  5. A paper notebook beats a digital tablet, both for comfort and style
  6. In general, find and stick with your preference

I'm no mathematician, but I eat my corn in rows.

I did a BS in computer engineering at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, entering in Fall 2015 and graduating in Spring 2018. There, I had a good time learning about signal processing, radar, digital systems, and even working in power electronics. Afterwards, I moved to Texas to have a go at a PhD, where I work in network science and graph signal processing.

I'm interested in network science, signal processing, and especially their marriage that we call "graph signal processing." Additionally, I am broadly interested in machine learning and optimization.
